Upskilling for Healthcare Professionals
Equitable Health Impacts: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
You’re already working at the forefront of healthcare. Now you can expand your impact and build on your experience with new tools to advocate for patients and continue to develop practices centered on the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Innovate and Elevate Your Healthcare Skillset
Frontline healthcare workers are continually asked to do more with less, requiring new skillsets to better handle an ever-evolving environment. Offered at no cost to Californians, Upskilling for Equitable Health Impacts: DEI is comprised of two concurrent courses that build on healthcare professionals’ understanding and experience with DEI and provide sector-specific training. As communities across California continually shift, the environment and delivery of healthcare services will change with them — and an active understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion will be paramount at the personal, departmental, and organizational levels.
